The first thing you should consider when packing your hospital bag is what you’ll be wearing to and from the hospital and some comfort clothing items to wear during your stay.

Things to pack for mom

I like to stick to wearing the hospital-provided gowns so I don’t have to worry about messing up my personal clothing with either breastmilk or my incision/postpartum bleeding.

What you should pack for baby
