It’s officially 2023 – and I have some New Year Resolutions that I’m implementing this year…
I want to change things up.
And truthfully, I’ve already been working on this for the last several months and have seen a great change in myself and my circumstances.
I decided to detail my resolutions for 2023 in a podcast episode (it’s only about 10 minutes long) so I’d love for you to give it a quick listen below!
My resolutions tend to focus more on character development vs. specific goals I want to meet or reach.
When I make these types of resolutions, I tend to be more willing to follow through with them.
And the same might be true for you – although everyone is different.
